Return Policy

We're sorry things didn't work out for you. The following list (below) will help guide you during your returning process.  

  • TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN PLEASE PRINT AND FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM LOCATED BELOW.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE ISSUED AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM. 
  • Merchandise must NOT be worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All original tags must be attached, footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
    • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. 
    • Final Sale items may not be returned. 
    • Please fill out the return form that was included with your order.

    SXC is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. We recommend you mail your return with a tracking number for your records.

    • Please allow up to 5 business days after your package has been delivered to us for your return to be processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from SXC.
